PAYMENT
Security checkout is handled by Klarna, meaning you can pay via VISA or MASTERCARD. Every purchase will receive an invoice. (Don’t panic when your currency changes to NOK at checkout.)
RETURN AND REFUND
Artworks are delicate, the reason why I make sure they’re packed with great care.
Artworks are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless received by you in a damaged condition. If you notice damage directly upon receiving, please contact me immediately via email. We’ll work out a solution to the problem.
SHIPPING FROM NORWAY
Because of the uncertainty raised by Covid-19, currently, I only ship to Norway, EU Countries, The UK, Switzerland, South Korea, and Japan. All orders are shipped within 3 business days and shipped with Posten (Norwegian Post) regular or express service, which you can choose a preferred method at checkout.
DUTY
Norway: Artwork – no additional MVA.
International: You are responsible for import duty that might apply.
PICKUP
If you are in Bergen, you can pick it up in person, and pay via VIPPS.
